Below you will find information about my fees and billing practices as well as links to forms you will need to complete in preparation for our first meeting. Forms are different for psychotherapy and mediation, so please check to make sure you are filling out the correct form. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.FEES Psychotherapy (55-minute session) – $150.00 Psychoanalysis (45-minute session) – $130.00 I work with some insurance companies, including First Choice, LifeWise, Premera Blue Cross and Regence Blue Shield. If I am a preferred provider with your insurance company, I will bill your insurance directly and you will pay me the co-payment. If I am not a preferred provider with your insurance company, you will need to pay me in full at the beginning of each session. Sometimes, plans will reimburse you for some or all of the payment for my services. You will receive a billing statement that can be submitted for this purpose. Mediation – $225.00 per hour, billed in tenth-of-an–hour increments. Mediation is not billed to health insurance because it is a dispute resolution process not a health care service. Payment in full is expected at each session. Clinical Consultation (55 minute hour) -- $150.00 Clinical Consultation (55-minute hour) – $150.00
PAYMENT I accept electronic debit payments through the Square Cash online payment system. I also accept checks and cash.
